Well..
It's been a couple of years since I uploaded anything. Life has it's ups and downs. Hopefully I can be back to draw and post more often. I need to do something with my art besides letting it sit around, gathering dust.

WOW, it's been such a long time from the last time I wrote an entry to now. Time really does fly by when you're not paying attention.

But I wrote mainly to address the fact that I'm selling almost EVERYTHING I've painted/drawn for half the price I normally do. Like the Catwoman or Marilyn portraits, for example, are each $150 instead of $300. I'm just trying to get rid of it all. Don't have the room, and could really use the extra cash for supplies!

Alright. It's official. I have a tumblr. After a very long time of just looking at posts and laughing my ass off at 4 in the morning at all the amazing posts, I decided to make one.

I have not been this excited and happy about getting anything in a very long time. After a whole year, my Loki figure finally arrives. I think I almost cried tonight while putting him up. But it's all out of happiness so no complaints here.

I also plan on expanding my "Loki" collection....I have a bit already as it is, this figure being the main item I was waiting for, but I'm in need of a few other things. Ok, I don't need them but I can't help myself- it's becoming a hobby...

Ok, moving on to art!! I am still struggling with my Captain Nicholls portrait. I guess it's because it's so detailed and I'm getting overwhelmed with it. But I'm pushing on- I have to get it done. I won't be happy with myself unless I do. And I still plan on working on the other pictures (Daryl, Joe, etc) afterwards but that will probably be when I get my hands on a few colored pencils I'm in desperate need of.
Also, my infection is pretty much non-existant. (Yay!) I do have some ideas in the works...So now that it's all cleared up, I can actually do them without getting thrown off by the coughing.

I really hope to upload something soon. Love you guys for sticking around, you guys are the best.

So it's been what, about a month, and I'm actually feeling way better than I was when I had the infection...The coughing is still there but it isn't as bad as before, thankfully. I was working on a portrait commission, which caused me to put off my Hiddles drawing but I hope I get the urge to finish (otherwise it will come out like crap if I try to strain myself).

And this may be completely off topic, but I got my Hot Toys Thor figure in today!! My local comic shop guy got him for me and I just paid him back. He also preordered Loki for me (which I've been waiting over 10 months for already) and now I just have to wait.....I can't anymore- it's killing me.

But I took some photos of my Thor and I just can't stop gawking at him. I love it.
